For companies as well as for private clients, Chai & Bar is a unique space in which to create events around fine wine and food. For a wine tasting, a gourmet itinerary, a cocktail or a dinner, we study different formulas to match your expectations.

At Chai & Bar, the priority is given to the fine and great wines to be paired with food.
We collaborate with high end caterers.

For all these events, the Chai must be rented. The fee varies according to the time of the event, the number of people, the modifications to the Chai. (Additional hours : from 150€ to 200€)

Here are the different types of events:

• From 40 to 120 people, Cocktail /Wine tasting, starting at 60€ ex vat per person.
• From 20 to 30 people, the Gourmet Itinerary, starting at 105€ ex vat per person:
  • 3 pairings food and wine standing up and chatting in the Chai : the cook finishes the preparation in front of the guests and the sommelier presents and explains the wine and the pairing.
  • 3 pairings food and wine, seating at the bar. The sommelier presents the 3 wines.
• From 70 to 120 people, a "walking dinner" and wine tasting, starting at 95€ ex vat per person.
• For 40 to 90 people, classic seated dinner in the middle of a stock of 30 000 bottles of Bordeaux, starting at 110€ ex vat per person.

Sales conditions :

• Acceptance of our offer by faxing it signed and by wiring a deposit of 50% of total cost to reserve the Chai and the caterer : 4 weeks before the event.
• Definitive number of guests to be given 5 days before the event.
• No cancellation fee until 8 days before the event.
• No refund of the deposit if canceled 4 days before the event.
