Most of the wines at the Chai are reputed, be they estate-bottled Bordeaux wines, wines from large estates or from "small producers", the others less known meet our quality criteria. Our selection is made with passion, but what really counts in the end is... your taste, your opinion and your pleasure.

- 16 wines are served under ideal conditions every month:
- They retain their freshness by a unique new system created in Italy
- They are served at the ideal temperature,
- They are explained by a sommelier, if you wish.
