As in other wine-making regions in the world, there exist in Australia, in addition to the large wine producers, small operations on a human-scale. We have selected 3 of these, in 2 different regions, which belong to Peter Fogarty. This selection enables us to offer wines at different price points but all with a distinctive character. Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay grapes, but also Viognier, Verdelho, and Semilion are used independently or blended to develop intense aromas while always retaining a crisp freshness.
